DIY Cocktail: Barrio’s Pina Picante

Tequlia time at Brixton’s home to pimped up caravan booths, bottomless boozy brunches and latin-flavoured nights out. Simple to make, refreshing to drink, with a sharp hit of tabasco and chilli. Cut price “Amigo hour” is every day until 8pm.

Ingredients
50ml Casco Viejo Bianco Tequila
25ml pineapple juice
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
25ml Agave syrup (or use honey)
25ml egg white
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Half an orange slice
1 green chilli
1 red chilli for garnish

Method
Fill a hobster glass/tumbler with cubed ice
Shake all ingredients together, except the garnishes
Pour over ice
Add orange slice
Garnish with chillies
