Former middleweight champ presents awards at Brixton boxing project

Richie Woodall with Dwaynamics boxing coachesA former WBC middleweight champion paid tribute to young south Londoners celebrating their boxing success at an awards ceremony hosted by a Brixton-based boxing group.

Richie Woodhall, a Commonwealth Games medallist, presented medals to dozens of young winners of the Lambeth Boxing Awards created by Lambeth Police and a local boxing project Dwaynamics.

The project, which was established by Pastor Lorraine Jones in memory of her son Dwayne Simpson, has coached dozens of youngsters from across south London.
