Mazi Mas chefsPop-up social enterprise restaurant Mazi Mas is hosting a dinner on Social Saturday, October 10, to celebrate its second season at Ovalhouse theatre.

Diners will have the opportunity to meet the Mazi Mas chefs and choose from tapas-style dishes from around the world.

Mazi Mas Founder and CEO Nikandre Kopcke said the restaurant is one of 70,000 social enterprises in the UK which collectively employ 2m people and contribute £20 billion to the UK economy.

“Mazi Mas is about bringing people together through food,” she said. “We create employment opportunities for talented female chefs through our pop-up restaurants and catering and in that way we create a community through food.”

Free tasters will be offered from 5pm and dinner will be served from 6pm.
