    Slavery in Small Things at the Black Cultural Archives: Have you thought about the origins of sugar production or the history of Britain’s stately homes? Professor James Walvin from the University of York talks about the connections between everyday objects and the Transatlantic Slave Trade. He will re-examine present day objects through an alternative historical lens. £3. 1pm to 2pm.

    Found Festival returns to Brixton for its fourth and biggest edition of six stages of house, techno, disco and more electronic music. From £35. 11am to 9pm. Afterwards head to Electric Brixton for the official after party. 9pm to 6am. £7.50 to £12.50.
