Tuesday August 11: Antenna presents: House Party! A fundraiser for Housing Action Southwark and Lambeth. At Brixton East, 7 pm to midnight. Tickets £8.

Wednesday August 12: Hootananny Songwriters and Wordsmiths presents Worry Dolls, Young Causeway and Jonny Squid. Hootanny, 9 pm to midnight, free. 

Sunday August 16:

Funky Breakers, break-dancing and hip hop workshops. Brockwell Park Performance Space, 2 pm-4 pm. Free.

Cornercopia’s supperclub, Secret Garden Sundays: Brixton meets Crete. 1.30 pm, £29. 

Now on at The Ritzy: Marshland. An award-winning detective thriller set in post Franco Spain: in 1980 at the start of Spain’s transition to democracy, two teenage girls go missing in a remote and forgotten town.
