Brixton Soup Kitchen founder to share his experiences in a book

As part of Black History Month,  Brixton Soup Kitchen founder Solomon Smith was at Brixton Library on Monday 29 October for a Q&A.  He talked about growing up in Brixton, his struggles with education and early ventures into community projects, finally being diagnosed with severe dyslexia after getting into Goldsmiths as a mature student and then graduating with a 2:1 degree. He’s now planning a book to share his experiences with a wider audience – watch this space for more details.
